Work Environment Assessments

One of the most important services that Clifford & Garde, LLP offers is the assessment of clients’ corporate work environments. Our techniques vary based on each client’s needs, but in general our goal is to provide a “snapshot” of the views and opinions of the workforce regarding key attributes of the company.

In typical cases, these attributes include the level of shared understanding of the company’s vision or mission, mutual trust and respect among the workforce, communications, and other components critical to a healthy work environment. We collect and report on this data to provide insights into individual work groups, allowing management to focus resources on the specific areas needing attention. We present this information to both management and employees along with recommendations for fostering a safe and productive work environment.
